After studying at Parson’s School of design in New York City and The Portfolio Center in Atlanta, Irby worked at a number of this city’s leading ad agencies. These include Babbit & Reiman, Austin Kelley Advertising, and Cole Henderson Drake. Irby added web design to his list of skills and in 1996, went to work for Atlantic Web and Design. From there, he co-founded his own business, Media Stew, Inc. Then, in 2002, he returned to advertising, where he served as Creative Director for Tailfin (formerly C-Inc.). Today, Irby enjoys freelancing, where he enjoys a much broader range of projects and creative endeavors. Creative awards include various local and regional ADDY and One Show Awards.
